No - Once building is custom built, we cannot make changes. We help the customer decide all of that before production is started.

Yes - Our metal company will add on to the existing structure at a later date, should the customer decide they want that.

Does color affect my price?

Yes - Graceland offers several paint color options. Aside from this, customers can pay a $100 up charge to choose a different custom color

No, multiple color options are available to choose from. You can customize your roof, trim, sides/ends.

How do I avoid leaks on my building?

If you ever have a leak, our repair department would come out to repair the issue. You the customer do not have to do anything.

Permitting is up to the customer. They can contact their local Planning and Development Dept to see if they would need to apply for a permit according to the property address.

The customer would only need to provide 4x8x16 Cap Blocks (solid cement blocks). Our dealers discuss the type and quantity with the customer during their ordering process.

Concrete is optional. There are multiple variables that go into this, which is discussed with the customers during the planning phase.
